Make your mark in South Africa's Municipal Elections 2016.
Some quick voting facts:
- Voting stations are open from 7am to 7pm
- You may only vote at the voting station where you are registered
- Remember to bring your valid identity document - either a smartcard ID, green barcoded ID book, or valid temporary ID certificate
- Voters may wear clothing which features political party insignia. It is only candidates and party agents who may not wear such clothing inside voting stations
- Voters whose addresses don't appear on the voters' roll will be asked to kindly complete an address update form so that we have your address for future elections
- Share the fact that you've voted with your friends and family via social media. Use the hashtags #ivoted and #2016MunicipalElections. Just remember that selfies of marked ballot papers are not allowed.
