Thirty-three candidates representing
11 political parties, along with one independent candidate, will contest the
by-elections scheduled for 26 November 2025 in the Eastern Cape, Gauteng,
KwaZulu-Natal and the Northern Cape.
Eastern Cape
- Ward 10 in the Makana Municipality – EC104 will be contested by six political party candidates.

candidates.
