Municipal ward by-elections will take place in the Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, North West and the Western Cape on Wednesday, 6 May 2015.
A total of 27 wards will be contested covering 114 voting districts.
Special voting will take place at voting stations as well as during home visits on 5 May 2015 between 08h00 and 17h00. Voters interested in casting a special vote can apply at their local IEC office during office hours between 13 April and 17 April 2015 at 17h00.
